So I decided that it wouldn't hurt to try another show. I have 10 weeks left to get working and luckily I have been working on my muscle so I wouldn't lose it from last time. I have, however, gained a few pounds but that's pretty normal. This show will have a few more people than the last show so I will have to work a lot harder if i want a chance. I am having trouble staying modivated. I think this winter weather is just tearing me down. When I was trainging before, I could go outside for a run and it was easy to hop in the car and head to the gym. Now I am lucky if I don't get stuck in my driveway or slip and fall on the ice. Plus, this air is terrible on your breathing :(
I am about 130 lbs right now, yuck so I have at least 10 lbs to go. I shouldn't have let my indulging get out of hand. I did pretty good at continuing to eat lots more veggies and drinking more water, I just didn't stay away from the other stuff. Yoyo dieting is NOT good for you! Well updates later and don't let anything stop you from doing what you want to do :) TTFN
